Mientras esperamos nuestra ración de PlayStation 4 y vemos cómo los americanos ya la pueden disfrutar desde el próximo viernes, os traemos cinco nuevas novedades del mercado videojueguil. Varios shooters, juegos de plataformas, puzles, investigación y simulación de combate aéreo son los títulos que conforman una nueva semana en Xombit Games.
Deadfall Adventures (PC, Xbox 360)
Deadfall Adventures lleva el clásico género de aventuras y lo combina con la acción a un ritmo trepidante asociada con los clásicos first person shooters. Situados en lugares exóticos como las antiguas ruinas mayas, tenemos algunas ciudades perdidas, páramos congelados y exuberantes selvas tropicales. Deadfall Adventures lleva al jugador en un torbellino de aventuras ambientada en finales de los años treinta. Tendremos como objetivo encontrar el corazón de la Atlántida.
El próximo día 15 de este mes lo tendremos disponible en tiendas por entre 35 y 47 euros, según plataforma. Es un título muy parecido a Uncharted aunque con el cambio de ser en primera persona. The Farm 51 y Nordic Games han trabajado duro en esta aventura y se pueden ver los frutos de su obra gratamente reflejados en esta gran obra.

World of Warplanes (PC)
De los creadores del aclamado World of Tanks llega este nuevo MMO con ambientación militar. El juego sigue la línea que marcó el de tanques y lanzará a los jugadores a una lucha sin fin por el dominio del aire. Podremos configurar los aviones de diversas formas e iniciarnos como pilotos profesionales de guerra en un liga por el mejor piloto en el mundo contra pilotos virtuales. Situado en la época de los años treinta con aviones de combate que nos llevarán a la Guerra de Corea al mando de las fuerzas aéreas modernas.
El 12 de noviembre lo tendremos de manera gratuita para su descarga, aunque si queremos las características de la versión premium, deberemos pagar según la cantidad de meses que lo vayamos a utilizar (desde 20 euros por un mes hasta 100 euros para un año). Tendremos una gran variedad de aviones, cada uno con sus características y podremos elegir entre tres clases: ligeros, cazas pesados y aviones de ataque a tierra. Los chicos de Wargaming se están haciendo unos expertos en esto de la simulación militar.

PixelJunk Shooter (PC, Linux, Mac, PS3)
El 11 de noviembre tendremos otra entrega más de PixelJunk en diversas plataformas (el día 10 se adelanta en PS3). Por apenas 10 euros podremos hacernos con él en todos los sistemas. Este juego algo abstracto y lleno de acción ahora se pasa al género shooter para sorprender a propios y extraños. Aquí hasta dos jugadores podrán controlar los vehículos subterráneos para rescatar a una serie de científicos supervivientes atrapados bajo tierra.
Double Eleven ha dotado con misiles a los jugadores para poder derrotar a los enemigos y destruir la roca para seguir avanzando en el medio. Además de roca y hielo, deberemos lidiar con varios fluidos (agua, magma y un líquido negro magnético) para llegar a los supervivientes. Cuando hayamos rescatado a un número determinado de científicos, pasaremos al siguiente nivel. El juego cuenta con 15 niveles divididos cada uno en tres episodios y tendremos jefes finales en cada episodio.

Contrast (Xbox 360)
En Contrast tenemos dos personajes principales, una chica llamada Dawn que controlaremos y otra chica más joven llamada Didi a quien nos encontramos en una estación de tren. La historia va de que descubriremos a una familia con una madre recientemente asesinada y un padre separado, y deberemos intentar cambiar el pasado para que esto no suceda finalmente. Estará ambientado en unos surrealistas años veinte.
El 15 de noviembre llegará este juego de aspecto a cine negro, donde llevaremos a la joven Dawn como detective de este caso tan especial. Nos moveremos en planos de tres dimensiones aunque podremos pegarnos, literalmente, a la pared para convertir el juego en dos dimensiones (cual Paper Mario). Por ahora solo saldrá para Xbox 360, pero está planteado para que más adelante lo tengamos en PS3, PS4, PS Vita y PC. Compulsion Games y Focus Home Entertainment están detrás, así que esperamos un precio de 20 euros como máximo.

BioShock Infinite – Panteón Marino (Episodio 1) (PS3, Xbox 360, PC)
Y por último tenemos que destacar el primer contenido descargable de la reciente entrega de Bioshock Infinite: Panteón Marino (Episodio 1). En este añadido llevaremos a Booker DeWitt y a Elizabeth a investigar en la ciudad de Rapture antes de que se convirtiera en el caos que vimos en las primeras dos entregas de la saga de 2K Games. Elizabeth será algo más mayor que con la que jugamos en el juego original, y deberemos resolver un caso como si de una peli de cine negro se tratara.
Durante la primera media parte de este episodio el juego se basará en resolver puzles e investigar esta ciudad como antes no habíamos podido hacer en otros juegos. El 12 de noviembre podremos descargar esta primera parte de Panteón Marino por unos 14,99 euros en las tres plataformas. Una pena el precio que tiene, pero alargará mucho la historia principal. Es recomendable jugarlo una vez hayamos completado el juego.
