Dead Space 3 es un secreto a voces, el cual el único que aún debe de considerarlo todavía así es la propia Electronic Arts. Ahora tenemos imágenes que nos muestran los primeros detalles del juego. El primero y más importante es que se confirma el aspecto cooperativo del juego. Ahora podremos compartir sustos y emociones fuertes con un amigo y fingir mutuamente que no estamos acojonados mostrando lo machos que somos. Todo esto suponiendo que el toque de terror y suspense de los dos anteriores juegos no se haya perdido en el camino.
El otro detalle es que la acción se desarrolla en un planeta invernal con condiciones extremas. Hace unos días vimos como Lost Planet se inspiraba en Dead Space para su tercera entrega y ahora como Dead Space hace lo propio con la ambientación de Lost Planet. Curioso cuanto menos. Hay que aclarar que se desconoce si siempre tendremos un compañero, ya sea la máquina o humano, o sólo cuando juguemos en cooperativo.
Por desgracia poco más se puede averiguar de esas imágenes. Veremos que podremos llevar dos armas a la vez y un nuevo traje para Isaac (personaje principal de la saga) y su compañero. En este sentido parece ser que el segundo protagonista será John Carver, que hace poco realizó un corto vídeo en forma de novela gráfica. Podéis verlo en la esta página.
A través de este vídeo podemos también perfilar la historia del juego. Parece ser que los Necromorfos (enemigos de la saga) han atacado una colonia humana y lo están destrozando todo. Vamos, lo de siempre. No es mucho, pero hasta el E3 no tendremos más información. Entretanto tenemos estas imágenes. Algo es algo.
