Presentada la edición coleccionista de Far Cry 3
Ubisoft nos ha presentado el contenido de lo que será la edición demencia de la última aventura de Far Cry. En ella incluirán una figura hawaiana de 12 cm con la cabeza de Vaas Wahine, los packs de misiones extra Negocios Sucios (protagonizada por Hurk) y Las Expediciones Perdidas, y algunos elementos especiales para el modo multijugador: el rifle de caza M700, tres skins de coleccionista, cuatro depredadores, un arco, dos tatuajes y una especie de daga hecha a mano. Además se incluye una guía completa del juego que no tiene desperdicio, y nos ayudará a lo largo de la peligrosa isla a la que nos enfrentamos en Far Cry 3.
Os recordamos que el título saldrá a la venta el próximo 6 de septiembre para las plataformas PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 y PC. El juego, desarrollado y distribuido por la propia Ubisoft nos narra la historia de Jason Brody, un turista que queda abandonado y perdido en una isla tropical donde la violencia y la ausencia de ley están a la orden del día. Deberá sobrevivir a todos los enemigos que le salgan al paso para poder llegar hasta los raptores de su novia que la retienen en algún lugar de la isla. Aún no sabemos más detalles de la trama y características de Jason, pero pronto os haremos un avance más extenso de este estreno que se acerca al mercado de puntillas.
Nuevas imágenes y vídeo de Lost Planet 3
Después de tanto hype con la segunda entrega y las consiguientes malas críticas que recibió, Capcom ha tomado el mando del proyecto y tiene la intención de resucitar la franquicia, y darle a Lost Planet 3 el lugar que merece en el mundo de los videojuegos. Esta semana la compañía a presentado un nuevo vídeo y diversas imágenes del título que aún no tiene fecha de salida al mercado, aunque se ha filtrado que será en el primer trimestre de 2013. Lo único que sabemos es que lo recibirán tanto Xbox 360 y PlayStation 3 como los usuarios de compatibles al mismo tiempo.
Para quienes hayáis probado la segunda parte, debemos recordaros que la jugabilidad se asemejará más a la primera de ellas, ya que en Far Cry 2 fue criticada repetidas veces por el usuario. Y es que, una nueva desarrolladora entra a escena, Spark Unlimited; con Legendary: The Box a sus espaldas, intentarán eliminar esa sensación que nos dejó la anterior entrega. En esa ocasión el escenario utilizado para la trama ha sido el mismo que en el primer título de la saga. Far Cry 2 fue profundamente aburrido (aunque espectacular en lo visual), esperemos que le den un lavado de cara muy grande a la jugabilidad.
Sin duda, el mejor Far Cry fue el primero, cuando lo jugué para mi era el mejor shooter de la época, luego llegó COD4 y Crysis….
