Broken Age (PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux)
Este es un juego de aventuras de los de apuntar y hacer click. Su desarrolladora Double Fine Productions ha querido hacer un trabajo similar a los de Pendulo Studios con Yesterday. El proyecto fue anunciado en febrero de 2012, y se utilizó Kickstarter para su financiación en un momento en el que el género estaba de capa caída. El próximo día 28 saldrá a la venta para estas plataformas de sobremesa y dos versiones para sistemas móviles adaptadas.
El juego se centrará en dos historias paralelas de niños (un niño y una niña). Éstos anhelan liberarse de las banalidades de sus respectivas vidas y necesitan alterar su destino de alguna forma. El niño vive en una vida solitaria cuidando de su madre vegetal, mientras que la niña ha sido escogida para ser sacrificada en una ritual en el que tendrá que enfrentarse a una monstruo marino. Los dos deberán escapar de estas vidas para ser felices. El juego saldrá a la venta entre 3 y 15 euros y comenzará con el lanzamiento del primer acto nada más.

Octodad: Dadliest Catch (PC, Mac, Linux, PS4)
Esta será la secuela directa de Octodad!. En esta ocasión nuestro cefaloprotagonista está metido en un aprieto entre la desconfianza de su esposa y una visita desastrosa al acuario local. Deberemos disimular en todo momento y comportarnos como humanos y no asustar a la gente con nuestros tentáculos pero, ¿os imagináis la imagen? “Somos un pulpo de tamaño humano adulto, vestidos de traje y corbata y caminando por la calle”.
El 30 de enero saldrá en compatibles y también verá la luz en PlayStation 4 el mismo día. El juego saldrá a la venta por alrededor de 15 euros. En esta entrega finalmente exploraremos espacios fuera de la casa de Octodad. Visitaremos la tienda de comestibles y el acuario entre otros lugares. Aquí también podremos interactuar con la gente. Nuestra familia estará acostumbrada al comportamiento extraño que tenemos, pero la gente de la calle es otra historia.

“Limpia el mundo con estilo”. Este es el lema de este juego y tan solo tenemos que saber que el protagonista es un barrendero para darle más sentido al lema. Nunca hemos visto a un barrendero que se mueva tan ágilmente como nuestro protagonista. Deberemos atravesar zonas muy precarias llenas de polvo y desperdicios que va dejando la gente, como en toda ciudad, con nuestra escoba. Iremos, poco a poco, mejorando nuestros materiales hasta utilizar un aspirador muy sofisticado.
El juego añadirá un modo en línea con hasta 4 jugadores y juego cruzado entre PS3 y PS Vita. Nuestro barrendero será capaz de trepar paredes, atravesar muros y todo ello con el objetivo de acabar con el polvo y el desorden. Hitbox Team y Capcom nos traen este peculiar título por apenas 10 euros. A partir del próximo día 31 podemos descargarlo de Xbox Live y PS Network. Hace casi dos años que los usuarios de PC y Mac están limpiando las calles con DustForce.

Strike Vector (PC)
Y llegamos al único juego de temática naves de la semana. Un género en el que poco a poco se van sumando títulos de calidad como Sine Mora y en el que cada vez más, abundan las desarrolladoras independientes. Este es un título de combate aéreo multijugador en tercera y el primera persona. Cuando jugamos tenemos esa sensación de que estamos ante un título de la vieja escuela, de recreativas, pero con unos gráficos muy mejorados. Permitirá poner a prueba nuestro reflejos y habilidades contra los amigos.
El 28 de enero tendrá su oportunidad únicamente en PC. Ragequit Corporation ha sido la encargada de llevar a cabo este humilde proyecto que finalmente ha salido de maravilla. La desarrolladora ha declarado su intención de trasladar el título a otras plataformas y de conseguir la compatibilidad con gafas de realidad aumentada para poder jugar a Strike Vector. Sería una pasada. Por lo pronto el juego saldrá a la venta en PC por unos 20 euros.

Tomb Raider: Edición definitiva (PS4, Xbox One)
Lara Croft ha llevado una historia muy convulsa. Llena de aventuras de todos los colores, la arqueóloga más famosa del mundo de los videojuegos ha sufrido cambios en todos los aspectos. Creemos que, con su última entrega, los chicos de Crystal Dynamics consiguieron llevar a Lara a su máximo histórico, pero sabemos que tienen mucho margen de mejora. Por ahora, y tras su éxito en consolas y PC de la anterior generación, se preparan para dar el salto a la nueva esta semana.
Reencarnaremos a la Lara más joven jamás vista en una aventura de supervivencia en una isla semi desierta. Concretamente el día 31 saldrá la edición definitiva de la última parte de Tomb Raider, en la que se añadirán todos los contenidos descargables que han ido saliendo hasta ahora, y a ello se le sumarán algunas sorpresas que Square Enix no ha querido confirmar. El juego saldrá a la venta para ambas consolas por un precio cercano a los 60 euros.
