Una adaptación esperadísima, el mejor shooter para portátiles, un survival horror de los que hacen ‘caquita’, una nueva aventura para Mickey Mouse y una aventura novedosa llena de puzles se entremezclan una semana más en la coctelera de Xombit Games para darnos como resultado el mejor cóctel para los próximos siete días. Cinco juegos que dejarán a su público específico con la boca abierta.
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons (PS3, PC)
A principios de agosto ya tuvimos oportunidad de ‘catarlo’ en Xbox Live y ahora hace su aparición en el resto de plataformas programadas. Este juego gira en torno a la interacción entre dos hermanos y el mundo que los rodea, como su título nos indica. Deberán superar obstáculos y resolver puzles con el trabajo conjunto. Cada personaje es movido al mismo tiempo por el jugador a través de los controles, permitiendo que cada personaje vaya libremente. Además los botones de acción individuales a cada hermano.
El próximo día 3 estará presente en PS3 y PC en beneficio de sus usuarios que vieron con envidia la salida previa en Xbox 360. El juego ha sido desarrollado por Starbreeze Studios y publicado por 505 Games. El titulo costará alrededor de 15 euros, una buena oportunidad para hacernos con un juego que primará la inteligencia y la coordinación del jugador en todo momento.

Diablo III (Xbox 360, PS3)
Lo prometido es deuda y los usuarios de PS3 y Xbox 360 ya podrán disfrutar de su propia versión de Diablo III. Blizzard ha querido contentar a todo aquellos que se quejaban de que una adaptación para consolas de esta saga tan esperada y aclamada no iba a llegar nunca. Y para todos los que se quejan de esta reconversión en consolas, ahí lo lleváis, un hack ‘n slash de toda la vida, para que nos quejéis. Esta claro que la versión de PC es mejor, sin dudarlo.
Aunque no deja de ser un Diablo al uso, esta versión para consolas de sobremesa se distancia en algo de la de PC. El estilo RPG de compatibles desaparece casi por completo de las consolas, dando paso a un hack ‘n slash puro de los de repartir tollinas y más tollinas a mansalva. Aunque bueno, alguna cosa buena tenía que tener en consolas, y es que con los sticks podremos girar en un sentido y otro para evitar ser dañados por el enemigo, sobre todo por los jefes. El juego saldrá a la venta el día 3 por unos 50 euros en formato físico.

Castle of Illusion: Starring Mickey Mouse (PC, Xbox 360, PS3)
Mickey Mouse vuelve tras El Retorno de Dos Héroes a la alta definición. En esta ocasión con un remake de su éxito en los noventa protagonizado, como no, por el propio ratón de Disney. Llegará el próximo día 4 de septiembre en formato digital y podrá ser descargado en las plataformas en línea de cada consola y Steam por un precio cercano a 13 euros y 1200 puntos Microsoft.
Para quien no lo sepa, Castle of Illusion es un juego de plataformas desarrollado por SEGA y lanzado para SEGA Genesis en noviembre de 1990. Es el primer juego de la serie Illusion de los videojuegos protagonizados por Mickey Mouse, y fue uno de la segunda ola de juegos lanzados inicialmente para la plataforma que ayudó a sellar la reputación de la consola en esos años hasta el lanzamiento de Sonic the Hedgehog. Parece que SEGA tiene la sartén por el mango de nuevo y no tiene a sus pupilos desperdigados y sin rumbo.

Killzone Mercenary (PS Vita)
La saga Killzone apareció en PS2 y no fue hasta su estreno en la nueva generación con PS3 cuando su prestigio subió como la espuma. El estudio Guerrilla Games ha relegado el desarrollo de este Mercenary para Vita en un estudio subsidiario en Cambridge (Reino Unido), Guerrilla Cambridge. Esta entrega se convierte así en el próximo shooter de la portátil de Sony, segundo entre el anterior para PSP y quinto en la saga. Está previsto que aparezca por las tiendas el día 5 por un precio que ronda los 37 euros.
La historia trascurre poco después de lo acontecido en el Killzone original. El juego pone a los jugadores en las escarpadas botas de combate de un mercenario llamado Arran Danner, un ex soldado que no tendrá reparos en asumir contratos pagados tanto de los ISA como de los Helghast. Todo comienza cuando una misión rutinaria de escoltar a un embajador y su familia sale mal y descubrimos cómo el resultado de la guerra dependerá de la vida del hijo del embajador para el que trabajamos.

Outlast (PC)
Y para terminar, cacotas por doquier. Outlast fue una de las primeras apuestas de Sony como parte del lanzamiento de PlayStation 4. Un juego indie que nos llevará a las remotas montañas de Colorado a investigar el psiquiátrico reabierto Mount Massive Asylum. Un lugar abandonado durante años que albergaba a cientos de enfermos mentales. Seremos un periodista, con un par, que irá a investigar lo que la CIA estaba haciendo en ese lugar: experimentos con dementes utilizando drogas.
Nosotros, Miles Upshur, caminaremos por los adentros del psiquiátrico y viviremos una historia que entremezcla ciencia y religión por igual, además de esos fenómenos paranormales típicos del lugar. Una vez dentro, nuestra única misión será salir vivo de allí. El juego saldrá a la venta para PC el próximo día 4 y para PS4 se espera que sea lanzado en el momento de la salida al mercado de la consola. El precio rondará los 20 euros y es una compra asegurada para aquellos valientes que les gusta pasar miedo con la luz apagada y los cascos a tope.
