Es evidente que la mayoría de los jugones están esperando a que lleguen tanto PlayStation 4 como Xbox One a finales de noviembre. Sin embargo la vida sigue igual y todas las compañías de videojuegos continúan lanzando títulos semana tras semana, y para eso estamos hoy aquí nosotros. Teniendo a un lado la expansión de accesorios de Los Sims 3, la versión de Metro: Last Light para Mac, la de Rayman Legends para Vita y la recopilación de Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX para PS3, os traemos cinco nuevas joyas del ‘octavo arte’ en esta recopilación.
Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs (PC, Linux, Mac)
Juego finalizado por la desarrolladora Frictional Games que podemos enmarcar en el grupo de los survival horrors en primera persona, al igual que en The Dark Descent, su primera parte. Iba a ser lanzado a principio de año pero finalmente se nos va hasta el 10 de septiembre con tiempo para poder satisfacer a los usuarios expectantes a esta segunda entrega de Amnesia. Sin embargo los personajes no serán los mismos, ya que, aun estando en el mismo universo, el periodo de tiempo es posterior a su anterior parte.
La mayoría de los aspectos de la jugabilidad del título original se han trasladado, incluyendo la resolución de puzles, tener que esconderse de sus enemigos, y el nivel de cordura del protagonista. Habrá, sin embargo, algunos cambios significativos con respecto al título original. Se eliminará la pantalla de inventario, al igual que las pastillas que producen luz de petróleo y polvorines. Acción y aventura de terror para un jugador por 16 euros y en descarga. No pidas más porque no lo vas a tener tan accesible.

NHL 14 (PS3, Xbox 360)
Vuelve el rey de las peleas… digo del hockey sobre hielo. Bueno para el caso estamos hablando de lo mismo, porque lo que más se ha destacado, sin duda en esta franquicia, es por su modo combate durante los partidos. EA Sports y EA Canada vuelven un año más con su título de hockey-hielo para alegría de sus seguidores, aunque su mercado esté más por tierras americanas que por Europa o Asia, pero a todos nos gusta ver cómo evoluciona la saga.
NHL 14 vuelve estrenando motores gráficos para dos aspectos de juego en sí. Tanta importancia le dan a el apartado de las peleas que han creado y adaptado el motor Enforce Engine para hacer más realistas los golpes y puñetazos de los jugadores, y el Player Impact Engine para mejorar los choques de unos jugadores con otros durante los encuentros. Por apenas 60 euros podremos hacernos con su edición física a partir del día 10 en Norteamérica y el 13 en territorio PAL.

Magrunner: Dark Pulse (Xbox 360, PS3)
Con este nombre se nos presenta un juego en primera persona con una temática de horror donde los jugadores tendrán la capacidad de controlar el magnetismo de diversos objetos. En un título que se entremezclan los puzles y la acción, nos veremos envueltos entre criaturas sacadas de los mitos de Cthulhu. El pasado mes de junio fue lanzado en PC a través de Gog y Steam y también llegará esta semana a Xbox Live y PSN, concretamente el día 10.
Los llamados Magrunners pertenecen a un programa de soldados de élite que entrenan en el espacio bajo la atenta mirada de Magtech Corporation, sin embargo, esta situación se convierte en una pesadilla Lovecraftiana, haciendo referencia a los libros en los que está basado el juego. 3am Games ha sido el desarrollador de este título de ciencia ficción que saldrá por unos 20 euros.

ArmA 3 (PC)
Volvemos con un nuevo first personal shooter de guerra, aunque no uno cualquiera, sino el más táctico de todos. Si Call of Duty: Ghosts y Battlefield 4 dan por hecho que uno no sabe dirigir su propio batallón o sección, nos ponen en la piel de un soldado cualquiera para disparar si nos lo ordenan. En ArmA 3, como en sus dos anteriores entregas, tendremos la complicada misión de mantener a nuestros hombres con vida al mismo tiempo que cumplimos el objetivo principal que se nos marca.
Este será un juego de mundo abierto desarrollado por Bohemia Interactive para PC y saldrá a la venta el 12 de septiembre. Esta tercera parte de la saga tendrá lugar a mediados de los años 2030 durante la operación ficticia de Magnitude, llevada a cabo por las fuerzas armadas de NATO en Europa y que tendremos como enemigos a los insurgentes de Irán. Acción táctica y bélica por 47 euros.

Puppeteer (PS3)
Este extraño juego nació como idea por competir contra LittleBigPlanet desde la propia Sony Japan Studios. El título consiste en un plataformas de scroll lateral en el que los jugadores controlarán a Kutaro, quien se ha convertido en una marioneta. A lo largo del juego Kutaro encontrará diversos tipos de cabezas para sustituir la suya, las cuales tendrán habilidades diferentes como ser cabezas-bomba.
Nuestro singular protagonista portará también unas tijeras llamadas Calibrus que será su principal arma. Ésta le servirá para incluir diversos efectos en pantalla que le ayuden a superar algunos obstáculos a modo de puzles. Todo está hecho de papel, así que le serán de mucha utilidad. Ying Yang será un gato que nos ayudará a descubrir por dónde ir para completar los niveles. Un juego cooperativo en la misma consola por 37 euros, una gran compra para este fin de verano.
